POLICY

At Polo Beach Club, we prioritize the safety, enjoyment, and privacy of all our guests. By entering the premises or purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you agree to the following policies and disclaimers, aligned with international beach club standards.

Admission Policy

  • General daytime entry to the beach club is free — no entry fee is charged for visitors who wish to relax, dine, or enjoy the beachfront ambiance.
  • Ticketed events and private bookings (especially evening/night events) require advance purchase or RSVP.
  • Walk-ins for special events are subject to availability and management discretion.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required for entry to certain age-restricted events.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest without explanation.
  • Guests are expected to comply with our dress code, which may vary by event but generally includes:

Age Restriction

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all events are 21+ only.
  • Minors are only allowed during family or daytime events with supervision.

Behavioral Code

  • Polo Beach Club is a safe and respectful space. Harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, and disruptive conduct are strictly prohibited.
  • Intoxicated guests may be refused service or escorted off the property.

Table & Ticket Policy

  • All tickets and table packages are non-refundable.
  • Prices are subject to change per phase or due to external factors (e.g., currency changes, artist fees).
  • Table locations (Main Deck, Island, Club Member, etc.) are assigned based on availability and cannot be changed on arrival.

Weather Disclaimer

  • Events will proceed rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk.
  • No refunds will be issued due to unfavorable weather unless the event is officially canceled.

Photography & Media

  • By entering, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
  • Use of professional equipment (DSLRs, drones, etc.) without prior permission is not allowed.
  • Respect other guests’ privacy — no unauthorized recordings.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Polo Beach Club is not responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Personal injury, illness, or property damage incurred on the premises
  • Third-party service disruptions (e.g., power cuts, performer cancellations)
